This is a personalised, private coaching experience that will get you from frantic, uncertain and stressed out, to calm, clear-headed and confident about your path ahead.
As a certified, experienced coach, I provide a safe space for you to voice your dreams, worries and frustrations.
We then work together, using evidence-based coaching tools, to untangle your busy mind and plan actionable steps to get you moving in a positive direction.
You have more answers within you than you know. I’m here to help you dig them out and decide what to do next. To teach you how to trust yourself and how to move forward with your next right actions..

What’s included?
6-month private coaching package
Pre-coaching intake form that asks questions that get you thinking about what you want and what you’re facing.
Intake session - 90 minutes long. And in-depth conversation fleshing out what’s going on for you and how we will work together.
Five , 1-hour coaching sessions every week or fortnight. We find a best time for you and stick to a schedule that works (always with flexbility!).
Each coaching session follows my framework for the process of coaching, but every session is bespoke to you.
Follow-up 30 minute session one or two months after the final session.
