Emily Fulleylove
The lost doctor’s companion
Lifting you up and out of the noise so you can follow your true path
Why work with me?
You dream of feeling calm and clear about what you want and how to go about getting it.
You want to know to do next and to stop going round in circles with the same nagging thoughts playing on your mind.
You’re ready to find a new way of working and living. A life where you are excited to start everyday knowing you get to do what you love and knowing you’ll have the opportunities for regular rest and renewal along the way.
You CAN take a different path and live a happy, healthy life on your own terms
Why do I do this work?
When I was a doctor feeling like I had made a wrong turn, I thought it was just me. That I’d made a mistake and that I needed to start all over again.
What once felt like a guaranteed road to a fulfilling lifelong career actually felt like a train on a track that I couldn’t get off. So I jumped.
After leaving medicine I spent years searching for “my thing,” starting over, again and again, losing confidence along the way.
Then I found coaching. It changed everything.
It helped me stop searching for the perfect answer and start trusting myself. I realised the world is so much bigger than medicine - and so are we.
When I invested in coaching, I was able to tap into an inner well of resilience and wisdom that I never knew I had. I discovered a whole new world of possibilities.
And I tell you what, I wish I had found a coach waaaay earlier that I actually did! It would have definitely saved me years of anguish and lost opportunities.
I’m on a mission to help more medical students and doctors live their lives with autonomy, freedom and peace, so that they can share their gifts with the world (medical or not-at-all-medical!) and with an infectious zest for life.
You do not need to follow someone else’s road to success.
Now, I help doctors and medical students like you reconnect with who you truly are, whether you stay in medicine or not. I create space for you to tune into your life, desires, and wisdom—beyond the demands of your career.
Medical training gives you a whole host of hoops to jump through so that you can practice medicine. But it doesn’t get to tell you what type of doctor you can choose to be, or where you choose to work, or how you wish to use you experience, knowledge and skills.
“Life is what happens when you’re making other plans”. John Lennon
Even for those people who do EVERYTHING by the book, life will throw us surprises.
I believe it’s how we adapt and grow to our messy human experience that really matters.
Coaching enables us to build trust in ourselves so that we can take bold and intentional steps towards our dream life.
To help you get the most out of your coaching experience, this is the framework I use.
Everyone I work with is unique, and your coaching will be bespoke to you, using elements of this approach.
You will be given the right environment and evidence-based tools for to get clear on where you want to go, to take action and begin cultivating your dream life.
How I work
Ready to take a big deep breath, feel your shoulders drop and see the clouds disperse? That’s what working together feels like.
People often say it’s easy to talk to me. I’m curious and I love to listen, wholeheartedly and without judgment, to people’s stories.
When we work together, you can be real with me and shed your (metaphorical) white coat, while you discover new possibilities and make exciting yet achievable changes.
Helping to unpick thoughts, feelings and behaviours is one of my gifts. I believe there is wisdom is all of us, and we just need a little help finding it at times.
I’m on a mission to help doctors thrive in life beyond their work, to fully be their whole true selves.
